Carl Weber’s The Black Hamptons is a new four-part family drama set in the quaint town of Sag Harbor, known as “The Black Hamptons,” in Long Island, NY. The original limited series comes from New York best-selling author Carl Weber.
According to the show’s description, the four episodes will “follow the brewing feud between the ‘Brittons’ and the ‘Johnsons.’”
The book synopsis, on which the series is based, gives a little more detail as to what to expect from the show. It reads:
"“When a piece of land comes up for sale in this exclusive community, it sparks a war between the Brittons and the Johnsons. It’s old money versus new money, and neither family seems willing to compromise. Will the tension between them shatter any hopes of a peaceful summer?”"
