Taylor Swift dancer shares surprise gesture of Taytay that proves “who she is”

Taylor Swift’s surprise gesture at the AMA 2019 has impressed dancer Misty Copeland who accompanied Swift’s Lover performance with Craig Hall. Looking back at the experience, she gushes: “I have so much respect for Taylor Swift after having had the opportunity to perform with her at the American Music Awards, 2019. She is so committed to her work, she has incredible work ethic, she is invested, she is passionate.”

She talks about the surprising moment revealing: “The ultimate experience was getting to LA, having her there at every rehearsal, having the respect that she has for other artists, and during the performance, she did something she never did during the rehearsals. We finished and as we bowed and we were walking off, she kind of stopped us and said, Misty Copeland and Craig Hall… Just For her to see us as equals in terms of being artists there next to her, not backup dancers, speaks to who she is as a person,” she added.
